Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actress for over twenty years. She is well known for playing Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House, as Lura Grant on HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson in the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek has gained fame for her work as an American actor for her role as Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks the 2004 comedic film. Her other roles include her roles on television as The Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek was raised in Massachusetts. She was a student at Northwestern University, where her debut performance as an actor was in a stage production was The Iphigenia Cycle. It was staged off Broadway in New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her stunning performance and was featured as one of the top 10 young theatre actors to watch by American Theater Magazine. Dudek was eventually offered parts on TV and the big screen. Two children behind the screen the talented actress was married to Matthew Heller from 2008 to the year 2016. Dudek, born March 22, 1975 on the 22nd of March, 1975 in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. She attended Northwestern University in her early years where she appeared in various theater productions and on Broadway performing in The Glass Menagerie in the musical Wrong Mountain in 2000. In the following year, she received the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in the recognition of her role in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy she appeared in. Since then, she has appeared in several guest roles on TV shows including Desperate housewives Friends The Way I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. In the pilot of Psych the actress appeared as Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent she played a teacher with relations with a pupil. Dudek was first introduced to the role at House in the fourth season, playing the character Amber Volakis. Amber is one of the Dr. Gregory House's forty contenders for a position as the permanent House team. Amber Volakis' character continued to be featured throughout the show, but was killed off at the conclusion of House's Heart. In the 5th season episode Saviors, House would have the character reappear in an illusion. This was how she was seen for the rest of seasons. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson and on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both with frequently appearing roles. Dudek was featured in Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks who is the sibling of the main character. In 2004, she played Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line hero from White Chicks. She also appeared as the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
